Workshop Description

'I wish I'd focused on the people stuff earlier' is a common learning for many founders that usually comes too late.

But other than hiring a great team to help the business scale, what do we mean by 'people stuff', and what do we really need? Once that team has been hired, what do you do to retain, develop, help them work together and create the conditions to keep them motivated? How big does your team have to be really to make this stuff worth paying attention to? Answer: any size greater than one!

This workshop will give you the insights you need to develop your platform to scale, understand the importance and impact of your leadership and get the right people frameworks in place that save you time and money and prevent management debt - it's similar to tech debt, but messier and difficult to resolve!
