Pete Blackshaw, Global Head of Digital + Social at Nestlé
Pete Blackshaw is the Global Head of Digital and Social at Nestlé, S.A., based in Switzerland. In addition to helping shape digital strategy for Nescafe, Kit Kat, San Pellegrino, Perrier, Purina, and hundreds of other Nestle brands, Pete oversees Nestle’s industry-recognized Digital Acceleration Team (DAT) as well as the Silicon Valley Innovation Outpost (SVIO). Prior to Nestle, he served as CMO of NM Incite, a joint venture between Nielsen and McKinsey centering around enterprise social media strategy and insights. He is author of a book by Doubleday entitled “Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3000: Running a Business in Today’s Consumer-Driven World,” and periodically authors columns in Advertising Age centered around the book’s themes. Pete founded PlanetFeedback.com , one of the web’s first consumer-feedback portals, and co-founded the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA). He recently served as Chairman of the Board of the National Council of Better Business Bureaus and in that capacity sat on the National Advertising Review Council. He’s a 2016 Mediapost "Online All Star" recipient, a 2014 inductee of the World of Mouth Marketing Hall of Fame, and a 2010 Grand Prize winner of the “Great Minds” award from the Advertising Research Foundation. Pete is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Nicky Jackson, Founder + CEO at RangeMe
The concept of RangeMe came to Nicky while developing a range of baby skincare products. Looking for ways to achieve fast distribution, she had the idea to create a single network to match sellers with buyers looking for products like theirs. Before launching RangeMe, Nicky worked as a Marketing Executive at Kellogg’s, Uncle Toby’s, Goodman Fielder, Pepsico and Jim Beam. RangeMe was acquired by Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing (ECRM) in June 2017.
Phillip Raub, Co-Founder + CMO at b8ta
Phillip is the co-founder and CMO at b8ta. In his role he oversees b8ta's marketing and consumer experience. Previous to b8ta, Phillip held executive roles in Marketing at Nest (Head of Global Channel Marketing), Nintendo (Director of Retail Marketing) and Gap Inc. b8ta has brick and mortar locations in Palo Alto, Seattle, Santa Monica, and Austn, with locations opening in San Francisco and Corte Madera scheduled later this year.

Michael Phillips, Head of Client Products, Retail Accelerator at RocketSpace (Moderator)
Michael Phillips leads RocketSpace's proof of concept, prototyping, and pilot development practice. RocketSpace helps corporate brands find and partner with best-in-class startups from around the world in order to explore, validate, and develop new products, services, value chain innovations, and business opportunities. Over his 15-year career Michael has had the privilege to create work for some of the world's most respected brands including Apple, Google, Adobe, Virgin America, TD Ameritrade, Sprint and many others. Michael is an Executive Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) and a judge for their annual Webby Awards. He has also had the privilege of presenting to students at Miami Ad School, Boulder Digital Works and Colorado University's advertising a2b program on the topics of interactive advertising and creative technology.
