Office Hours with Embroker (Members Only)

When should a startup get business insurance? What are the downsides (if any) of going with affordable insurance providers versus large, renowned brands? Is there a startup insurance roadmap for building a company?

On November 15, we are bringing in Embroker to do office hours and answer your questions about insurance. Embroker provides a technology platform that helps technology companies buy and manage their policies more efficiently, with a high level of expertise and service.

During office hours, you can ask about specific insurance policies required by law when starting a technology company, the right questions to ask yourself when purchasing insurance, the Directors and Officers Insurance required by VC term sheets when raising capital, and other insurance-related questions.

This event will be only Office Hours. There will be no workshop.

About the Speakers

Daniel has experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, large contract negotiations, risk pricing, insurance product development, and strategic marketing.

Bill has 20 plus years of experience managing insurance and risk management portfolios for middle market companies. His experience includes lead productions roles at Argo Insurance Brokers and Integro where he was Senior Vice President of Commercial Production. At Embroker, he serves as National Sales Leader, overseeing commercial middle market production and technology onboarding.
