The American immigration system is notoriously complex and difficult to work. Recently, it has been posing more challenges for technology companies looking to hire international talent. Startups can successfully hire foreign nationals and bring international employees to the U.S. — the key is to understand the system and how to position your company and hires.
 
On May 30, join immigration lawyer and VP of Global Strategy Elizabeth Jamae of Pearl Law Group — an official RocketSpace partner — for a comprehensive workshop on American immigration and HR compliance in 2018. About the Speaker

Elizabeth Jamae leads the firm's Emerging Markets practice and counsels startup companies and multi-national corporations in obtaining non-immigrant visa status for essential foreign employees. Mrs. Jamae works with corporations, individuals, universities, and research institutes to secure E, H, O, J, L, and TN visas, as well as permanent residency based on extraordinary ability or outstanding research, for foreign national employees, trainees, scholars, and exchange visitors.
