President of the Lina Group
How do some companies succeed in grabbing market attention and market share so quickly? Why is it that some companies are able to charge a premium and swim in business while your company is under pressure to compete on price and claw for customers? How have each of those competitors successfully built a reputation as the 'Go-To' in a crowded market, while your company or product is viewed as a commoditized 'me-too' that is lost in the fray? Or if you aren’t facing these issues today, are you at risk in the future?
This workshop will answer these questions and provide a strategic marketing framework for helping you achieve market dominance for your own company or product. You’ll learn the four stages that sustainably differentiate a company or product from even the stiffest competition, attract higher-margin business, and position it for sustainable, long-term growth. Full of practical tips and examples, this session will also offer a suggested action plan for jumpstarting your journey toward 'Go-To’ status as soon as you leave the room.
The workshop will be followed by Office Hours with the presenter for members who would like some one-on-one time to discuss their individual situations and market challenges. (Sign up for Office Hours here.)
