Justin founded several tech companies and used his learnings to start Good Startups — an executive coaching company that uses cutting edge leadership psychology, neuroscience and emotional intelligence to help entrepreneurs accelerate themselves as human beings and leaders. Join us on December 12 to discuss one of the most poweful ways to scale yourself — turning your fear into a competitive advantage. Justin will share some of the insights, tools and techniques the CEOs he works with use to transform their fear into creativity, innovation and improved decision-making. He will also open the discussion up to the group so bring your questions and any fears that have been bothering you.

According to Justin, “every great founder and CEO that has ever lived experiences fear. It’s not that they don’t experience fear, it’s their relationship to fear that differentiates them. The CEO Roundtable Discussion is held the second Monday of each month during lunch, provided by RocketSpace. The goal behind this monthly meeting is to give members the opportunity to sit down with their peers to exchange ideas, discuss common challenges and, of course, network. The CEO Roundtable Discussions are only open to current RocketSpace members who are founders or CEOs.
