On Tuesday, July 15, we welcomed our corporate members, senior innovation practitioners, and experts from the cryptocurrency community to RocketSpace for an evening of executive level networking and discussion around the topic of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. The evening was built around our team's latest research report on the same subject.
A world class panel of cryptocurrency experts including representatives from Coinbase, Blockchain, BitPay and Standard Chartered Bank discussed the opportunities Bitcoin presents to large, modern corporations beyond being used as a payment mechanism.
The panel, moderated by Michele McConomy, Vice President and General Manager of RocketSpace's Corporate Services, then fielded questions from corporate executives representing brands like Fujitsu, Pearson, GAP and Genentech. Following an extensive Q&A session, attendees took advantage of our space to mingle and network with their peers and discuss cross-industry innovation trends.
