Components Test begins with an alignment of key parties within your organization, including, Ops, IT, Venture, Marketing, Legal, as well as within the startup. A benchmark testing of each startup’s core capabilities will be set to understand and assess the current status of capabilities.
Throughout Phase 2, we'll guide your organization through the proof of concept process following the set timeline, and ensure an efficient start. We'll maintain alignment around your organization's resourcing and support capabilities, as well as alignment around the proof of concept vision and planning strategy with all stakeholders, from you organization and from the startups.
We'll track the development of each proof of concept and work with startups to overcome obstacles and challenges, as well as develop KPIs and business cases. Throughout the process, we'll share progress across projects and refine the vision of all product concept features, and how they fit into your focus, while continuously testing developments and the PoC capabilities.
The final phase consists of a showcase plan for each PoC that enables you to see and experience each project as close to live in action as possible. We'll work through the logistics of your meeting with the startup venture, run the Demo Day, and compile the results for each PoC to make clear recommendations of go/
