Employees receive cash compensation each month for living a healthy lifestyle. Whether it’s going the gym, taking a hike, climbing a mountain, enjoying a yoga class, or simply counting steps, the options are endless.
RocketSpace values both physical and mental health, and offers a variety of medical plans from which to choose. The company pays the full cost of a “core” Silver PPO plan for employees and eligible dependents. Employees can “buy up” to higher levels of coverage if they choose. The company also offers dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, as well as Flexible Spending Accounts, Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) plan.

Who says there’s no such thing as a free lunch? RocketSpace provides employees with lunch each workday through the MealPal program. With MealPal our employees have the freedom to order lunch from some of the hottest new restaurants around the campus, skip the wait, and avoid the cost. Please note, this benefit is currently available only in San Francisco.

Getting to work should be the least of your worries, which is why we offer a generous commuter benefits program, enabling our employees to spend less of their time driving, and more of their time doing the things they enjoy. The U.S. program is offered through WageWorks and includes a tax-free monthly company contribution. In other locations, employees receive direct monthly commuter allowances.
